1.2 Billing information. Payments are processed by third party processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. We may receive limited information related to billing status, such as the last four digits of a card, card brand and payment status.

1.3 Audio files and content. When you use the Service, you upload audio files and related content ("Input Content"), and we generate processed files ("Output Content"). These may be temporarily stored on our servers or on third party storage providers to provide the Service and allow you to download results.

1.4 Usage information. We collect information about how you access and use the Service, including ip address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, features used, timestamps and logs related to job submissions and processing.

1.5 Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, maintain sessions, remember preferences and understand usage. You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings, but certain features may not function properly if you disable them.

2.1 To provide and maintain the Service. Including authenticating users, processing audio jobs, enforcing usage limits and providing support.

Logs and usage data are retained for a period necessary to support operations, security and analytics, after which we may delete or anonymize the data.

We use commercially reasonable physical, technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We may process and store information on servers located in the united states and other countries. If you are located outside those regions, your information may therefore be transferred to jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
